Imported in 2004, This car is in excellent condition for the year.
Built for performance and to last. All work carried out by APi impreza and Zen performance.

Facelifted to MY2000 spec, and running a healthy 340bhp & 320lb/ft torque through a new STi V5 Type R transmission. This car has late impreza looks with blistering performance.
Only one previous enthusiast owner whom like myself was a Scoobynet and SIDC member.
Classic WRX`s are hard to find in this condition now, this car has been built to last, and built for performance not bling. There are many WRX's for much less, but few that can match the condition/spec of this one and probably even fewer that will last as long.

the car has always been maintained regardless of cost. the seats are in mint condition,no rips or fag burns.The paint work in in very good condition and is always claybarred, sealed & glazed + carnuba wax, no harsh cutting polishes used.no rust.
SERIOUS enquiries only, I will not be handing out test drives willy nilly. I will consider most cars in part exchange but primarily selling as i need a house deposit.
Why should you look at this one? Well in all honesty i think its one of the best kept classic WRX`s around. Has only been in the uk for 2 years and this is reflected by the condition of the bodywork, underbody etc. A whole new engine and transmission, all built/fitted by reputable companies. With the TYPE-R transmission and engine spec this is a very rapid impreza built to last.
*Just had £500 worth of GT spec Gen II headers and upipe ceramic coated fitted as old headers had a hole/crack.*
any problems?
- Scrape on front bumper now thanks to selfish focus driver.
- I have a rolling road print out that shows 311 bhp and 310 lb/ft torque, when this was done the car had a hole in the headers and a cracked turbo upipe which have all since been replaced. The 340/320 run was done at powerstation by previous owner last year.
- Skirts and rear bumper possibly need tidying up if you wanted to make the bodywork spotless
- the crystal headlights need some adjusters, £15 from a breakers.
Have been as honest as i can, a well looked after enthusiast owned impreza with £££`s in reciepts.

***I do not have the receipt for the engine from API impreza, i do have the warranty booklet which states the invoice number but this was just a 6 month warranty and thus has expired. The previous owner said the new engine fitted was circa £4500. Im sure david at API would not mind a phone call if you want to check the authenticity***
