Does anyone know anybody who does this????

A while ago it was pretty expensive and the limit was a 12 month contract but now they do 6 months.

A few examples are

Focus ST for £245 a month
Honda s2000 for £290 a month

And a Porsche Boxter for £340 a month

I know before anyone sais it that it's dead money but i don't want to get another car on finance as i will be getting a mortage next year.

Any input guys????

You dont want to get another car on finance but your happy to give away £250-£300+ a month & have nothing to show for it at the end???

Live within your means mate, buy what you can afford.....if your thinking mortgage then get a cheap car!!

I would assume you would have to sign some sort of contract though for 6 months so your still signing up for a debt of a few grand anyway....and for what? Nothing...

If you want an S2000 for 6 months you would be better taking on the £10k dept then selling it....you would loose much less than hiring one!!!

So you pay 12350 for a S2000 for 35 months then they take it back & sell it for £16k or so....bargain

I dont think its a good idea tbh, ive also struggled to find a company on that site offering 6 month terms.

Am I right in saying you want a nice car for 6 months or so before becoming a skint home owner???

If you choose the corrert car & look around/prepared to travel - you could pick something up & not loose much if anything in 6 months!!!
