why would u want to bond a new bumper top to it??
is it fucked around the mount holes on the lhs??

you can see in the pictures all of the mounting points (grille and wheelarch) are missing/cut off

its not made of plastic its a pu which is a rubber/plastic compound mix
as you can see it has only 1 mount on the drivers side i think so it was either in a crash or was stolen ? its been to matt h who sold it to n9ath then i brought it and then as you no another minter airdam luckily came up.
from what i can see if you trim along the swage line very carefully and then use the bottom half as a an apron to a post 97 bumper you will have the four mounts along the top, and 2 on the bottom or maybe 3 if you dont cut out the mouth. bond it with a stong type of adhesive and then fill the crack with fibre glass or plastic filler...
as i said before i dont really have time to post as im stuck at work but if you canget a corior sorted out im happy to let this go to the first person who does so
