moved in last month(24/11/06) and just started our 1st room, our bedroom.
forgot to take some photos of what it was like when we moved in, top half of walls had pink wallpaper, the a rail, then bottom half was wooden planks all way round with a red carpet that looked like it had been there since the start of time.
to cover the boiler room up was a cheap plastic door.
here is my work in progress so far

had some new plug sockets put in this morning due to only 1 plug socket been in the bedroom, plaster'er coming this week and then a new window fitted week after.

all walls where platered last week and left to dry for a couple of days, then the fun started painting, painted 3 of the walls and the ceiling.
window man came on wednesday morning and put that in for us and plaster man is coming back in morning(saturday) to finish the bit of plaster round the windows.
carpet is getting laid on monday, so near completion now.

Looks 100 times better

All in the prep too as well! We have every single room done, and then had to sand, undercoat and paint. It took forever but was worth it!

Are you having all bedrooms done - and downstairs?
