Thousands upon thousands of complaints about the Sky broadband... same for Orange's 'free' broadband
sometimes you really do get what you pay for...
also bear in mind that the sky basic package is shit

exactly what i was thinking above.
I know the talk talk are doing the same and i havent heard anything good said about them.
I think they get an abundance of customers and they dont have the hardware to support the load.

the main thing about broadband providers is... people who pay for it are thick as fuck, and cant work out what there doing.

Went from ntl to Sky 2 months ago, sky kicks ntl's ass! Got HD too which is alright, and on the 16mb, which i get 13mb, Ive never had to phone tech support, dont get disconnected, Im happy with it all!
