garages are such fun, even more so if its a decent size and theres room to work on the car in there.

garage seems quite long but standard sort of width.
might be hard to get all the way around and be doing work, but there's enough room to park in and get out of the door for certain.
it's more than i wanted to spend really, but it is nice.

invite them round for a garage gathering to show it off and let them know what they're missing

i put an offer before christmas and could have completed last friday
so take into account 7 days off for christmas your taking anything from 4 - 8 weeks depending on the chain
Bigger the chain the longer it will take

Looks nice mate, I moved house a few months ago. It took over 6 months for the sale of my flat and the purchase of my new house

i'm in a good position, so can move quickly.
the owners want to go quickly as the guy has a new job in Kent, and they think they've found the house they want down there which has no further chain, so hopefully it won't be aslondg as 6 months.
wouldn't be the end of the world if it was tbh. living with the 'rents isn't so bad.
think i've found a lodger already though

first time buyer - should be in in 6 weeks no problems
Unless you have massive problems with the house/sale

it's not just me we have to think about though.
I'm sure i won't hold up proceedings, but there are two other sets of people and 2 other sets of solicitors involved.
I'd rather expect the worse and be happy if it happens quicker than vice versa.
It is on a hill Brody. The garage is slightly lower than the rest of the house, but the garden is flat, although on two levels.
It's good in a way because it means it's only half joined onto the next house because of the stagger.
