Having only managed 13.89 1/4 mile in my civic, i was thinking of stripping it out inside and then investing in fiberglass panels rather than the whole carbon stuff..
anyone care to shed some light on this? is fiberglass same/similar weight to carbon, as i can imagine it being alot cheaper

it is alot cheaper than cf but it supposed to be very hard to get it to fit flush and also i think there might be a possibility it can warp with heat from the engine but not to sure on that one, sure someone will correct me!

Carbon is lighter and stronger, but more money.
I think fiberglass would be fine on a toy car

yeah its only a toy/track car anyway, but does the weight differ alot from carbon?

wouldn't be a substantial amount on a panel like a wing/boot, no.

f/glass will not warp with heat
it will fit poorly
chip badly
be harder to repair etc and more maintenance to keep it looking mint
would be scared as where it bolts to etc as i have saw alot of f/glass panels cracking etc there
