Should occur for everyone.
If your a top team who is playing a load of games already then you should be good enough to win in one game. If you a lower side who has managed to scrape out a draw then you deserve another money spinning game and chance to go through.

Yeah but then it can disrupt the rest of the league. As long as you can fit them in mid week I don't see a problem.
