the only problem with the outlet manifold and de cat is the noise

1. i cant stand it

2. dont want to pee the nehbours off atm i might be moving out into the country a wee bit so thats too much of a problem really but i must refer to 1.

ported and polished head ? costs/good company's etc ?

so yours was never mapped then jr ? what bhp where you getting ? i no your corsa was more power to wieght though

Bit of info about SBD cambelt rollers. I emailed them as i want some soom. Reply was

The idlers are :
Bearings £7.04 each (2 needed)
Circlips £0.98 each ( " )
Sleeves £29.00 each ( " )

Total £74.04 + VAT
