Ive now lowered my corsa by 30mm on 16's(ET-45) with 195/45 tyres.
I know the wheel arches rub but there is another noise coming from the rear, sounds like the coils are tapping together but i cant proove it.
Anyone encounted this before, even better anyone ever fixed this before??

if it were the exhuast it wouldnt do it going 5mph up my drive lol

is it like a rattling noise? if yes its the exhaust on the rear suspension!

when i lowered mine 35mm it was buzzing at standstill, they only have to be touching slightly, it will deffo be the exhaust

its a scraping/bashing noise

It'll most likely be the exhaust. The clamp bangs on the rear beam.

my clamp is no where near the beam and it didnt do it before i lowered it

Yes, but lowering the car means the bottom of the car becomes closer to the rear beem, hence the exhaust might knock agaisnt it. Happens all the time on corsa's it's very common. It wil just require moving a little. Easy, and like everyone has said, it will be the exhaust.

ok point taken but its a loud noise not the noise id expect from the exhuast clamp :S
