Hello.

I've got a 1.4 16v SRi, it's been miss firing for a while now. I've changed the plugs, leads and coil pack which hasn't solved anything. Is there anything else that could be causing it?

It's only running on 3 cylinders, seems to be a weak spark....

*edit*

There is also oil leaking by the spark plugs guessing rocker cover gasket? Could that be causing it to missfire?

funnily enough, mine is doing the same thing, I changed the rocker cover gasket and this solved the oil leak around the plugs, but I still get the occasional misfire, it could be a vacuum leak, although I checked mine and they were all fine!

I've also got a hose that has broke off, not sure what it is for. It's connected to the side of the engine next to the coil pack and then connects to another hose by the inlet manifold. Any ideas what it is? The car is very hard to drive, can't put the throttle right down otherwise it just wont rev it just splutters. Also now and and again i hear a bang/pop coming from the engine??

Sounds like the oil breather hose to me, connects to the rocker cover at one end and the other connects to the plastic induction pipe. That could definitely cause a misfire if damaged/removed.
