Whats the difference between the C16XE and the X16XE ??

emissions, plastic inlet, rocker cover, C16 XE has more power........

anything missed?

c16xe has air flow meter
x16xe has MAP sensor
X16xe has EGR system

Is a air flow meter better than a MAP sensor? or other way round?

So in order to straight swap from a x14xe, I'd need a x16xe... and not a c16xe? Cheers for the help.
