Hi just been on a little trip 2day and then when i got home and went to go out again my cars making a horrible noise. It's ok at idle, but the backbox sounds like its blowing? Then when do tap the accelerator it sounds like its tapping or something? And doesn't accelerate as it should atall!

Most probably something to do with the exhaust. Get it down to an exhaust centre. They normally check for free.

cheers. The cars really not wanting to accelerate and makes a tapping kind of noise coming from the engine? Just tried new spark plugs and leads as it wasn't starting straight up but no difference waste of £42!

lol if it is coming from the engine, it doesn't sound good. Could be the exhaust rattling though.
No oil pressure light? What is the oil level like?

Oil level is on the max  I thought it may be the exhaust rattling 2 but it's really hesitant and wont accelerate past 30 and really rattles like a knocking sound

*shrugs* get it booked in somewhere, preferably a garage, not exhaust centre then. Something is not right. Don't drive it a lot either.

yeah don't really need it not back at college till the 16th and work is around the corner  Just more money to spend
