Due for a renewal.

what are peoples opinions on performance leads.

and performance plugs like NGK Iridium Ix ect

pointless.... just fit the OE items

Iridium plugs are a waste on cars that dont generate much heat etc.... I'd only fit them on higher boost turbo cars

we sell the K1 blue 10mm silicone leads but they arent any better than standard leads, only reason we do sell them is that they are cheaper than the standard ones from the dealers

I run Magnecor leads, which I guess are performance?

They were the same price if not cheaper then the ones you get from Vauxhall for the 20XE so all is well, engine ran alot better on these oens then they did on the generic pony ones you get from motorfactors.

Money wasted or not, I feel like it was a worthwhile investment

i had magnecor before... silcon ones anyway.... car ran much better when i re-replaced them with my old orig ones

My original ones were shot to pieces, replaced with the motorfactor ones which were abit special - I think vaux want like £120+ for theirs?
