Unrelated question, but if any one could help it would be much appreciated

is this item on e-bay rubbish or does it actually work? sounds to good to be true but maybe i am wrong

Yeah mate.
There like the Phase chips for LET's.

Increased boost pressure etc is what gets you the extra poer.
