how often shud you change oil??

i-e my car gets driven hard occasionly "properly"

and then im nice to it

i want to keep the engine in top condition, regular oil changes helps this, but how regular?

I know a few people that do theirs every 3-5000 miles

pmsl,. ive done it closer than that like 2k

i dont do 6k in a year so that would be 3 changes

excessive? overkill? most likely then

nothing wrong with that. If you get oil and filters cheap you might as well


We get this MG TF here at work sometimes and when we drain the oil it looks new! We think its a trackday car and thats why hes forever having oil changes lol
