This is an auction for a 1991 VW Polo GT in Tornado Red. I am selling this car for a friend who has gone travelling and no longer requires it.
The car has covered 107,600 miles and has had recent work carried out to the engine by AA Autocentre/Halfords Titchfield. This includes Cam belt, Drive Belt, Rocker Cover Gasket, Top Mounts, Service, Number Plates, 3 New Tyres and inner CV Boots . The car has had a new outer CV joint and CV boot this week.
Modifications to the car include:
Professional window tints and security film to the front windows, Pipercross induction kit, PoloAce "Chipped" ECU, VIPER Alarm fitted by Sextons Southampton, 70mm Front, 40mm Shocks/Springs, 6x4 upwept style exhaust, Sciroccio front Seats, 13" G40 BBS Alloys with decent tyres, GSF drilled discs and badgeless grille.
Bad Points:
The car has previously had an install in the back from Sextons, Southampton which was taken out - This means there is no interior in the rear of the car and there is glue remaining.(Please see pictures). One of the wheels has been damaged caused by the last owner swerving a cat and mounting a kerb - Although this wheel isn't leaking air it probably shouldn't be driven on, and the spare will be included. The paint has seen better days and is faded pink in places.
I have included 12 pictures of the car below. The car has MoT until mid August and is Taxed until the 31-May. It drives nicely and pulls well through the gears with no horrible noises!
