right i have 3 options, only problem is i dont knwo what the difference is between them.
4mm clear FLEXIGLASS @ £180.00 + VAT
4mm clear POLYCARBONATE @ £230.00 + VAT
4mm bronze or grey POLYCARBONATE @ £250.00 + VAT
4mm clear LEXAN MARGARD POLYCARBONATE @ £380.00 + VAT
sliders are 23.50 per door.
whats the difference?

Toughness TBH, Lexan is the toughest, flexiglass is the weakest.
You want the tinted polycarb really.

yeah its plastics4performance.
so flexiglass is too weak?
the lexan stuff is far too much extra.
so i want the bronze or gray pollycarbonate?

yeah lexan marguard is bullet proof and doesnt scratch. use it at work a lot.
we get problems with normal polycarb scratching and makes it difficult to see thru

lexan is bullet proof in the right thickness and spec.. i highly doubt it will be for car use tbh! needs to be inches thick for that!

It wouldn't, if you look after it.
I'm guessing it's not going to be a daily driver though anyway, or you'd be using glass?

I wouldn't bother TBH, £380 is a lot more than £250 when they do the same thing, I'd go for the polycarb, tinted, with sliders and a curved rear window.
I'm not even sure I'd bother with the tinted stuff actually, although it's probably worth it for the sake of £20 or so.

forgot to mention i work on forestry machines, stuff we use is 12mm thick and needs to be tough. for a car, i would say the lexan is a bit OTT imo.

the tinted stuff makes a big difference, but deffo get the thermo formed rear screen or youll end up having to bolt the rear screen in!
i went for the polycarb set up, with sliders on both sides with a grey tint. the tint isnt dark, its probably the same as a standard corsa sport window tint. i feel the clear looks a bit white sometimes.....
