well finally got round to sorting my corsa sport out. took the engine out at weekend to fix some damage to the engine bay, which i will be doing this week and while its out im going to rebuild the engine as it was burning oil.
found the problem when i was striping it down, the oil breather pipes were blocked with what looks like mayo and its all in the block will get on that next week. will put pics on tomorrow and hopefully the car will be back on the road at the end of the month

had a front offside crash sometime in the past and the side rail were the engine mount is is bent , just want to get it a bit better while engine is out

nearly finished engine just got to get timing belt on and aux belt then i can put it back in car. found out it was the valve seals that were the prob, half of them had fell off . will get the chassis done tomorrow then get round to painting arches. will get some pics soon.

got new pics of my car and one of my girlfriends car . hope to get engine in friday then got to look at the tigra as it needs painting on the back quarter and door



want to get driving again been off the road 2 months so far.

fixed the chassis it wasnt to bad, there was a little split in it so welded it up and managed to get engine back in aswell . just got to get suspension, driveshafts, radiator and a few wires back on then hopefully it will be running. not going to put it on the road just yet though going to smooth and paint bumpers first and colour code everything.

got mot tomorrow hopefully should pass. still got a bit of a rough idle and white smoke out of the exhaust. but other than that its brill, really nice to drive. will let you no if it passes.

aint done anything since but just brought 40 mm gmax suspension kit, gsi sideskirts, badgeless front grill and some mille miglia evo 6 alloys , which im going to spray white. will get some pics soon

well checked today and it aint burning oil anymore so well pleased just turned out to be the valve seals. also started painting sideskirts and fitted the new grill

started making my mantzel style inlet today in my dinner hour at work. will do some more next week . shouldnt cost me much just the powder coating and zinc plating . will put more pics up soon

painted my engine cover today , not come out to bad and did a bit more to the inlet. hope to paint the side skirts soon and then start smoothing the car as i'm aiming for the euro look. got to wait till weather changes first as i'm doing it on my driveway
