just think he isnt upto the level we have been looking at recently, he is a great player though. Unless we think we can get him on the cheap so is worth the risk to see if he can step up.

oh...and more think we are using it as a smoke screen for other deals, as if the press get hold of those then other clubs may come in.

So use this one by putting in a small offer so it gets in the media to cover it all up!

Speculation, was in the echo last night saying it was bullshit (hicks), hopefully see some transfers soon but there's bound to be speculation after they came out and said they'd support him on whoever he wants to spend money on.

I don't think Liverpool will get Torres, or Eto'o, better off going for someone like Makaay or Kerzikhov.

Yeah, rumours have all started due to not having ran out and bought up half of La Liga yet, so obviously that means we have no money!!

Looks like we will get one of Tevez, Eto or Torres. Torres being the cheapest by the sounds of things!!

IMO...no!

Its hard to say anyone who isnt playing in the Prem would be. Eto is most likely IMO, Tevez isnt a prolific scorer in my eyes either.

Well he is a 15+ striker usually and that's with an average midfield behind him.
