Just bought some lowering springs:

Already got some front lowering springs sorted, just wondering how lowering affects the drive e.g does it make it harder?? Haven't long passed my test and was wondering if maybe its a bit too soon to be lowering if it makes the car harder to drive??
Cheers.

I wouldn't think it makes the car harder to drive.
They say, on standard shocks, don't lower no further than -40mm to not completely compromise ride quality. -60mm will make it a bit uncomfortable I should imagine.

Should of probably gone for 40mm, just that got given a front set of 60mm for free.
Cheers for the reply.

My first car is lowered 60mm. I drove it home from Norwich. It's not a problem!
Bit bouncy to start with but as it's always been like that for me I got used to it very quickly.
You'll notice it go round corners better.

I was on 40mm front and 60mm rear for years and it was fine, apart from being quite bouncy, u get used to it but my mud flaps used to scrape over bumps etc
