Which would give best power gains?

Viper gives about 10 bhp increase at about £200 and K&N gives about 2-5% increase at about £60.

Up to you, sound wise go with the BFO Cone. I went for K&N 57i but its loud enough for me and it nice and chromy in the bay.

i have a BFO Cone now... sounds mental.. but viper wasnt loud enough for my liking hence cheap sale
