Which cams work best on the 1.4 16v (x14xe), how much are good uprated cams, and does anyone know where i can get some cheers??

Im looking for the biggest gains??

schrick 264 are the best profile. Newmans are similar and also very good, I have both in stock.

yes, but for best gains you need vernier pulleys, decent inlet and a remap.
