Right duno if you remember i had a bump a while back.

Well ive got a new bonnet and it looks 10x better. But now the drivers side wing is sitting to high. Someone i asked said its because of the slam pannel, ive looked down the front and it is bent as well as the raidator being pused back lol .

So do i need a new slam pannel to get the wing to sit right or is it more serious than that. ???

slam panels have to be cut out and welded back in so a new one is not the best option. see if you can bend it back....

Depends on how far out it is. They can be bent back pretty easily

Fitting a new one isn't a massive job though, just spot welds in in the corners, but it needs to be straight.

Not sure if it is the slam pannel but ive found a pik in sum1s garage and this is what i mean, could that black beam being bent affect the wing being pused up a bit.

That's the lower cross member, If thats bent then the car is pretty fucked. You need to replace that urgently as having the wing poking out in the wrong direction is the leas of your worrys as that pannel keeps the front end of the suspension straight.

No it isn't.

It may just be bent, and you need a new one welded in. Although, the chassis leg may be bent. If it is, you can either have it jigged or scrap it.

But yer there was no way i could bend the panel back by the looks of things you can't either

The bumper bar is held on by two nuts IIRC.

Take bumper off and then take off bumper bar. Put new bar on. Easy fix.

Easy as 123 mate, literally all you have to do is take the bumper off, unscrew 4 screws from the slampanel, put new one on, and then but the bumper back!
