hey, i have a problem, i have 195 45 15 wheels on a corsa b with 60mm lowering springs and shocks. i have removed the plastic arches from the back and grinded about an inch off which is probly the maximum i can do considering i need to keep the holes to bolt the plastic arch back on, i have then put the plastic arches back on however it still seems to rub with just two people in the car!!!. i have felt under the arch and i feel it is not the metal rubbing, it is the plastic arch. i have put my temperory old 165 65 14 standard wheels on and the arch can sit over the wheel compfortably, i feel it is not the wheel size but the width. any ideas on what to do?? im thinking of bending the metal wing/arch out a bit so as the arch sits over my wider wheels but dont know weather this is possible/safe or weather there is an alternative. help please. thanks,
josh

The rear arches can be heated up and pushed out but i would recommend getting a pro to do it, but it could be costly, my rear arches have been pulled out quite a bit.

what offset are the wheels?

That is a really dodgy offset especially if it is 35,

To have the rear arches done on mine was a few hundred quid mate, im just lucky my mate had it done when he owned it.
