is this all i need to fit a 2.0 in my gsi
1x c20xe engine, box,ecu and loom
2x cav mark 2 inner cv joint
3x m tech engine mounts
1x gear box mount
that gear linkage thing

you not welding the bay?
weld some plates on your crossmember if not.

make the mounts and linkage yourself. use astra gsi hubs and machine them down to accept the corsa bearings. will also need outer cv's and some sort of driveshafts but not sure what the budget option is. think you can use the original gearbox mount and make a spacer to fit inbetween it and the gearbox

You can use GSi shafts and hubs with cav inners.

i still need to weld a little more in mine but it'll be reet.
Just buy a knackered cav for a donor car for like 150 quid and nab everything off it, then sell the rest.

can you use astra shafts aswell then with machined hubs and outer cv's?

wouldn't it be easyer to use the gsi ones i already hav on the car then all the would need is the cav inner cv joints

if the astra ones fit without being to long etc then surely these are stronger than that of a corsa gsi? wouldnt be much more anyhow especially if you have a doner car
