Do you get any exhaust smoke? Have you checked under the car for sump gasket leaks?

You can smell burning oil as well. Give the exhaust gas a bit of a sniff

No mayo Subastance so my head gaskett is fine, how ever just nipped out side and checked the sump nut there is a few drops of oil on the floor directly under the sump nut and its fresh, the bottom of my sump is quite oily and is fairly fresh oil, does this mean the sump nut just needs changing,
Im planning on changing oil, filter, nut fuel filter, air filter, plugs ect ect this week will it hold for a few days if its the nut?

Quite possibly by the process of elimination.
Get the oil change done etc and replace the sump nut, see what happens

If you have a leaky sump, replace the sump gasket when you do the oil change and replace that damaged bolt. That would be the most likely problem if you can actually see an oil leak.
It's a fairly simple job to do, just get yourself a Haynes manual
