As said already 8 of the major banks have stopped paing out and are waitning for a high court decision which could be 4 years away.....

So in summary if you havent got the money back yet you probably are to late.

HSBC & LloydsTSB not sure which others but im sure it will more than likely be the same across the board.

At the moment they still have to payout if you push it, as already been through the courts and given a precident for anyone trying to claim the money back. They'll just try a little harder to blag you not to push for it.

Alliance and Liecester are stopping the pay backs...i just tried to get some back over the phone and got told by the guy that no refunds will be given until further notice
