someone posted up a link to an image a while back that made it look like the screen was bust - was fairly good.

Tried searching, but finding something on here is like trying to find real meat in those tinned hotdog sausages.

you mean resolution? look in the TVs manual, but for a 32" widescreen it'll be something like 1366 x 768 - so look for widescreen wallpapers that are same size or slightly bigger (set the background position to Stretch)
