i have on the shell avo coilovers
i also have a very very good 40mm bilstien suspension kit

do i re-furb the coilovers and use them

or sell the avo's
and use the bilstien kit

it will get used on road on sunny days, occasionly, short use. then either driven to track and taken round, or trailerd there and back.

stu has gaz coilovers and there not uncomfortable, mebbe im used to a bumpy ride

Keep the coilies then. As long as you don't get them sopping wet every day, they'll last ages after you've cleaned/greased them up.

aceness, i think they need cleaning and greasing avo said they will refurb the shock itself for £30 a shock new seals etc
ill just tidy up the rest on them, wont be for a while now as well cos of the above i cant lift anything anymore for some time.
