In Edinburgh as you leave the city centre and start heading for the M8 and M9 (glasgow and stirling), once you've left the traffic lights and go across a bridge and under a bridge (like an underpass) Is there a speed camera there? I noticed markings on the road (Like the lines so they determine your speed across the distance) and I saw a speed camera sign. Is there actually a speed camera?

Asking because didn't know it was a 40 and was doing 60. Anyone from the area know?

there is a speed camera under a bridge just off the A8000 going onto the m8 in a 50 zone that all i know of

yeh thats the only one i know too. i'm always over cautious in edinburgh cause i dont know where the are all situated

most of the edinburgh marking are just that.... marking with no fixed camera.

Out gorgie/castorphine way they are real though

there did used to be one there but it was removed...probably because it was concealed
