I bought some INNX bonnet lifters from supernovs but having trouble fitting them.

I have all 4 bolts in that was easy enough. Its when i come to put struts on i'm not sure how to get the little clips in and the top of the strut doesn't look like its on the bolt correctly because of angle.

Also when i trial closed the bonnet the drivers side sits slightly higher than passenger side but when you take struts out and close bonnet it sits perfectly.

Any ideas folks?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I have gotten the bolts in ready to fit the lifters themselves and can get the lower end on and the pin which holds it on correctly in but i can't get the pin at the top end in. I think its because the top end of the strut is not correctly on and i'm not sure how to sort this.

Any ideas?

sawp em over, the on you have on the drivers side put on the passenger side, the one you have on the passenger side put on the drivers side.

step 8 and 9 on that guide. not sure if it applies to all the lifters though ie diffrent makes

Been thinking about it a bit more.

When i put top one in fully the strut angles towards the middle of the engine bay. Am i meant to put that clip in then move it around till it goes on lower bolt and put that clip in?
