3.2 miles to Park & Ride then bus round the corner to work. Works car park isn't big enough so I have to park here. 3.2 miles home.

Total commute 6.4 miles.

7 miles each way - will take about 10-15 mins I THINK.

Dad does 150miles in a day - Junc 6 to junc 17 of the M4 - has done for 7 years...

i would have expected more people to be travelling long distances for work, especially down south (ie: work in london, living outside etc). Saying that, my old man used to do about 30 miles each way, then premises moved to about 5 miles down the road

at the moment 16 miles each way which is great for me. Most annoying was when it was 37 miles each way that was tough and the money wasn’t even very good. Did work in Manchester for 9 months aswell which was 115 miles each way and upto about 4 hours depending on the day/time i did have the option of accommodation though and there wasn’t really a huge expectation surrounding my start / finish times.

27 miles each way as stated before, but my god last night was a night mare some pipe burst or something in a busy area of leeds took me 3hrs to do my usual 40 min journey gutted

depends, if i stay at home its 130 miles round trip. if i stay at the birds 12 mile round trip. can only stay with her during uni times though so my fuel bill is massive, thats why i chose a diesel as a company car. Its actually not that bad as its mainly motorway driving.
