how much would it cost to get a body kit (bumper, rear bumper, side skirts and wheel arches) sprayed the same colour as my car? or how much would it cost for the whole car to be resprayed?
the cheapest price i could get?

depends what you wanting it to look like
looking top notch your looking at a fair bit
a back street garage giving a ok finish would charge a few hundred

ok mate.. on the other hand.. how much would it cost just for say to get eyebrows sprayed? or just a spoiler?

You could do eyebrows youself, bodyshop maybe £30? Unsure. Its VERY expensive to get stuff sprayed, looking at least £1k for a decent full paintjob.
Full respray (Engine bay, inside car etc) expect to pay £1800+
