it means the engine has been painted blue

That what i've done as i am aware of what ACTUAL blueprinting is. I bet its just cleaned up and painted

well id guess from the pics youd still need a water pump and all belt tensioners etc

full belt kit is about 60-70
water pump 30
new big ends and mains are about 70
bottom end gasket set about 40

id say so yes

The reason i'm asking is i have a cavalier gsi with a non-pourus GM head thats been ported & polished and had bigger valves with kent cams & pulleys, kent hydraulic lifters and kent valve springs fitted. Its only done 3000 miles since head but the bottom end has done 115000 miles so i would like a fresh bottom end for when i drop it in the corsa.

yes we do. only available through ebay. we get an old engine, make the pistons shiny, paint the block black and sump silver and charge lots of money for it. want one?

So i take it that the engine isn't worth it then. Personally i would prefer to do it myself then i know its done right
