engine mounts. Look an chris astleys website there are only 2 varients. you will need the 12v or PAS varient
like this:
http://www.lmfvauxhall.co.uk/store/product.php?productid=756&cat=1620&page=1
you will also need drive shafts, cv's new, new hubs, bigger brakes, higher poundage springs on the front at least.
Rad should be fine, apparently the 1.6 with aircon model had the biggest capasity.
also look on regal's website for conversion parts

I thought the X16 rad was the same as the X14?
By plastic sheet do you mean a black plastic surround? It sits around the outside of the radiator to fill in any empty spaces around the radiator? If thats the one you mean, leave it in place, it's actually helping the air to pass through the radiator.

that is what i thought but reading the post above hamish states he thinks the 1.6 ac has the biggest cooling capacity.
with regards to the plastic bit, i mean if you look at the front grill where the Vaux badge goes there is a plastoc sheet that goes accross that blocking up vital passage to the rad i cant see it channeling anything really just blocking the front up, as the bottom of the bumper is open to the air coming into the rad but the bottom isnt

I put a new radiator on a X14XE 5 door bus a few weeks back, the only difference to the original is that it had 2 brass unions which I couldn't work out what they were for? I have pictures somewhere but eventually put it down to being Air-con related? The radiator was physically an identical size.
Not sure what you mean about the plastic bits, any pictures?
