yeah i do, get my liquid eggs and oats from there, dont bother with the protein powder as you can get the branded stuff i like for the same price.

I get my LEW & Oats there to. I also used it when they did myprotein bedtime extreme which was good. I don't use it for whey/protein blends as i'd rather pay a little bit more for a branded one.

Why pay more for a branded protein powder?
on a similar note i have just bought some Nutrisport 90+ which is slow release - that is quite good. Flavouring not so good as i prefer unflavoured then use nesquik with Myproteins gear.

I just bought some Nutrisport 90+ aswell, its not just slow release its like 57% whey isolate and 33% cassein so its quick and slow if you get me. Good for any time your going to go 3+ hours without food or bed etc.
I totally agree thought flavouring on Nutrisport wasnt the greatest, i got 2 testing tubs (just less than 1kg ones) in Banana and Chocolate flavour.
Best flavour i've ever had/tasted so far has been Reflex Instant Whey Choc-mint flavour, thats the one i always use

Adz9 - i got it for bed time and during the day (twice) too.
Sounds like buying a couple of testing kilo's would have been good - my mate says the choc is good - is it better than banana?

I prefer the Choc to Banana yeh, Banana smells awesome but when mixed it doesnt taste as nice as it smells! But still drinkable though!
