New houses on an old school house estate in Kirbymoorside.

Not sure how much it cost to be honest!! I'll find out. £200k+ I think. Building work is still on going and his garage hasn't been built yet.

All kitchen units are self closing.

The ceiling in the bathroom slopes down so you can only stand up at one side. He got a beam that went across taken out and a dormer window put in, that cost £6000!
