What power gain can I expect by fitting 1600 cams 2 my 1400?

I think you'll find they are the same cams for the x16xe and x14xe engines.

I think the c16xe has slightly different ones, but wont gain hardly anything from them.

apparently there is little to be gained through the cams on the 1.4's with standard management.

i got kent cams on mine, with piperx induction and full magnex system, its a fair bit quicker and running around 105-110bhp.
