My mate wants to get one for his car, but I dont have a clue what's best etc.

Anyone be able to tell me what he should go for, how much and where from?

PVD do the Bailey dump valve and fitting kit for £119. Vicki fitted one onto her Astra SRi turbo and it sounds wicked on this engine.
