I shake milk before pouring it out, dont know why Green milk FTW

Semi skimmed is where it's at.
I actually remember my nan doing a made shake with bottled milk (like you get delivered) maybe it was because this had a layer of cream at the top (that the little birds used to try and drink through the metal top )

I love tea and coffee both with milk.
Infact I live on milk and tea at the moment, I swear I go through a 4 pinter about every 24 hours.
