Right, my girlfriend has ordered something off "Ozone-Electronics" (google it for URL) and they use Google Checkout.
The order was put through last night and everything seemed fine, and she was informed the credit card had been charged.
Today she has checked the up-to-date status and where as it still says "in progress" there's an item on the invoice which says "Google Refund " for the total amount. What does this mean? Is it usual practice, like we've paid google then they "refund" ozone electronics.
please help
