i,ve got all new splitters and smoked lights, just need a respray in black then some smoked headlights, then doin my alpina wheels white.

hopefully get a loan for the conversion if not just source a new 1.8 engine for time being.

Yeah pretty much, im bored & constantly feel the need to be messing with cars! Mk4 I got for under book price so thought why not spend a bit making it look nice. This bmw would be bought & fixed cheap then probably sold at profit, same as I done with that mk2 golf I had.

Spoke to my mate briefly tonight he said basically the engine seized on him & he needs rid but wants to get as much as possible for it. That says to me....wait until after new year then make a low offer to remove it from his garden!!

I would go for it, that model BMW are very simple. I had the gearbox off of one in half an hour the other day unlike some other cars i have worked on when it has taken hours!

They are also RWD! RWD rocks!
