is there anywhere i can get a set of pre cut and measured boost pipes for my corsa c20let?also i need a decent afm to turbo pipe.any help on where i can get them from? i am using a frontera intercooler. cheers

Roose do a Afm to turbo pipe iirc.


Dont think anywhere sells pre made pipes tho.

Unless somewhere sells a full Intercooler kit specific for a corsa(with the Ic etc included)

chris astley does the roose conversion stuff not too sure about boost pipes though. probably best getting a set for the calibra and working from that

i just brought a load of silicone pipes from tweaks.
i used 4 90 deg pipes and about i meter of straight pipe
also used a bit of metal pipe to connect the lot together

how long was the metal pipe?and also what bore did you use?

metal pipe was only used to join the other pipes together
the boar was 50mm i think

It depends on what kind of intercooler your going to be using, The boost pipes are 51mm if i remember correctly. I just looked at the best way to route the pipes then ordered the elbows and straight pipes from demon tweeks
