Router was easy to install, but how do you get the phone to register with the hub? 
And when i moved the hub, there's loose bits insite, i shook it a little and you can hear things floating around, is that normal

got this sorted? cos if not ive got one and can help u out. First tip, no it shouldnt have bits floating around inside, well, ours doesnt.....
