yes your credit card can cancel the transaction as in effect, it is their money atm not yours
TBH mate, they really are taking the piss with it, make sure you ask them to leave you positive before you leave feedback, then leave them negative
They shouldn't be messing around like that and especially at this time of year
How much more expensive would it be if you went and bought it from Dixons?

I dont care about feedback, I seldom use ebay anyway. If I dont get my item before Xmas i'll be getting the bank to retrieve the funds.
Its a fiver more in Dixons, but not in the colour she wanted & without the 2MB card.........

Just by that they've broken the sellers agreement so report them to eBay if I were you. Or is their a phone number to ring. Speaking in person usually helps. Don't get rude though, however tempting it is.

There camera's are imports as far as i'm aware, will work fine but the warrenty is no good as its not valid for the UK, well thats what I found out when I looked into buying one from them a while back.
