as title says, i have a polo for sale. its a 1.6 8v in CL trim. bodywork is in near perfect condition. engine is in good condition (done just over 90k) very reliable, only mechanical drawback is there is a gearbox bearing thats on its way out, got told this by local mechanic when i got a new clutch fitted a few weeks ago. not a very big job to do, still runs ok just makes a whirring noise at idle and when pulling away.
the car has been slightly modified, came with 14" alloys on it and i have added a nice stainless backbox, clear front indicators (will supply origional ones if necessary) and the front grill has been resprayed black. i should supply a badgeless grill with the car too as i should be getting one for christmas!
tax i think is untill march 08, MOT till october 08
im after another corsa, as i miss my old sri (lol). so will part exchange this for an sri or sport (1.4) and some cash maybe, depending on the condition of the car offered. either that or i'll sell for £900 ono
if you look on parkers.co.uk, you will see that this car with no faults is worth over £1000, so with the gearbox bearing problem i think £900 is a good price.
