Right guys first off I'll be fitting it with a PVD kit, all for a 1.2 Corsa.

I assume I still need to work out an exhaust, so what fits, like do I use the 2.0l manifold etc and Corsa system or does one have to be made specifically?

And does anyone know a good place to get 16v engine box and loom to do transplant.

Lastly what brakes are good for these, do 16v Astra ones go straight on etc?

u want a custom made exhaust m8 with 2 1/2" tube.
get the astra manifold if u can
lee mitchell/beardy do the transplant for about 1.5k
astra GTE brakes will be fine for the conversion

I am doing the conversion myself mate for a friend I am just looking for the info, I reckon I can do it for about £1k including the PVD kit????

Ok well does anyone know where to find the engine and brakes?

So it's Astra Manifold and then a custom exhaust made to fit to it?

i used astra manifold n i am getting a custom exhaust built, but u might be able 2 do it another way
id try migweb for brakes and gearbox

for manifold buy a zorst flex pipe and join them both up
