Yes Wobbly bolts are real, not sure how 'wobbly' they are though. Not sure i'd trust them.

wobbly bolts can go about 2mm either way, and they would be perfectly fine if you got a respected brand
to nswer the question, unless its a pretty special set of wheels then its not worth the effort
