im not sure of the best way to do this, my friend is getting his wheels refurbed and powdercoated on sunday, we need to strip down the paint before, if anyone can shotblast we are looking into that but if worst comes to worst we will have to do it the old fashioned way with sand paper,
if anyone has any tips etc on how to do this it would be much appreciated

would be best off leaving it to the refurb place to strip down, but if you adamant that you want to do it yourself then nitromorse then then use small wire brush drill attachments for the tight spots
